Evaluation Context
To better understand decision quality without introducing risk to live operations, Moridan evaluated its allocation process using NEXUS alongside its existing OMS and AI optimization module.

NEXUS operated as an observation and evaluation layer:
• Observing OMS allocation decisions
• Observing AI-generated recommendations
• Evaluating both against policy, cost, and service constraints
• Generating a validated alternative outcome for comparison

This allowed Moridan to assess how both traditional logic and AI-driven recommendations performed under consistent evaluation criteria, while leaving all workflows unchanged.

Baseline Observations
Prior to evaluation, Moridan’s operational patterns reflected:

This allowed Moridan to assess how both traditional logic and AI-driven recommendations performed under consistent evaluation criteria, while leaving all workflows unchanged.

What Changed
NEXUS did not replace the OMS or the AI module.
Instead, it:
• Validated AI recommendations before they could be trusted operationally
• Rejected AI outputs that conflicted with policies or constraints
• Identified when AI recommendations were actually superior
• Applied consistent evaluation across both deterministic and AI-driven decisions

The result was not just better decisions. It was trusted decisions.
