Enterprise Beta Pilot Program Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions describe the structure and participation guidelines for the NEXUS Adaptive Intelligence System™ Enterprise Beta Pilot Program (the “Beta Program”) operated by H9AI, LLC.
Participation in the Beta Program indicates that your organization has reviewed and acknowledged the following terms.
Program Overview
The NEXUS Adaptive Intelligence System™ Beta Program is an early evaluation initiative designed to validate the capabilities of Adaptive Decision Infrastructure in real operational environments.
The purpose of the program is to allow selected organizations to explore how NEXUS may improve the reliability, consistency, and governance of automated decision systems operating across software, automation, and artificial intelligence environments.
Participation in the Beta Program provides an opportunity to evaluate the system using scoped operational workflows and provide feedback that may inform ongoing development and deployment approaches.
Evaluation Nature of the Program
The Beta Program is an evaluation initiative only.
Participation does not represent the purchase of software, services, or a commercial product. Any participation in the Beta Program is intended solely for the purpose of evaluating the system in limited operational scenarios.
The NEXUS Adaptive Intelligence System™ may evolve during the evaluation period and certain features, capabilities, or behaviors may change as development progresses.
Non-Binding Participation
Participation in the Beta Program is non-binding.
By submitting interest or participating in the Beta Program:
• your organization is expressing interest in evaluating the system
• no purchase commitment is required
• no licensing agreement is created
• no contractual obligation is formed between the parties
Either party may discontinue participation in the Beta Program at any time without obligation.
Program Eligibility
Participation in the Beta Program is limited to organizations operating environments where automated decisions influence operational, financial, or regulatory outcomes.
H9AI reserves the right to approve or decline participation based on factors such as:
• operational relevance
• system environment compatibility
• evaluation readiness
• program capacity
Participation slots are limited to ensure meaningful collaboration with early evaluation partners.
Evaluation Scope
Organizations participating in the Beta Program may be invited to evaluate the NEXUS Adaptive Intelligence System™ within scoped operational workflows.
Evaluation activities may include:
• connecting NEXUS to selected systems or workflows
• reviewing decision reliability outcomes
• evaluating governance and explainability characteristics
• providing feedback on operational performance
The scope of each evaluation may vary depending on the operational environment of the participating organization.
No Licensing Cost During Evaluation
There is no licensing fee required to participate in the Beta Program.
Participation is intended to support early evaluation and validation of the NEXUS Adaptive Intelligence System™ in real operational environments.
Organizations participating in the Beta Program, or those formally indicating written intent to participate with our online form designed for the Beta Program, may be eligible for preferred early adopter pricing when the system becomes commercially available in the future.
Participation in the Beta Program does not guarantee future commercial availability.
Confidentiality
Both H9AI and participating organizations agree to respect the confidentiality of information shared during the Beta Program.
Participants should not publicly disclose proprietary technical details related to the NEXUS Adaptive Intelligence System™ without written consent from H9AI.
Similarly, H9AI will treat information shared by participating organizations regarding their systems, workflows, and operational environments as confidential.
Formal confidentiality agreements will be executed separately when appropriate.
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights related to the NEXUS Adaptive Intelligence System™ remain the property of H9AI, LLC.
Participation in the Beta Program does not grant ownership or licensing rights to the system beyond the limited evaluation activities described in this program.
Feedback provided by participating organizations may be used by H9AI to improve the system, provided that such feedback does not disclose proprietary information belonging to the participant.
Program Changes
H9AI may modify, update, or discontinue aspects of the Beta Program as development and evaluation progress.
Program timelines, participation scope, and evaluation methods may evolve as the system matures.
Participants will be informed of material program changes where appropriate.
Limitation of Liability
The Beta Program is provided for evaluation purposes only.
The NEXUS Adaptive Intelligence System™ is provided “as is” during the evaluation period and should not be relied upon as the sole decision-making mechanism for critical operational activities.
Organizations participating in the Beta Program are responsible for maintaining appropriate oversight of any operational systems involved in the evaluation
